We went along to the new store today and have to say we were really impressed with it.  Some prices cheaper than Migros but some things more expensive, I think on balance for a shop it would work out much and such the same.  Nice range of products tho!  Even managed to get some capri sun, it's funny the things you miss living here!

Does anybody know if they are going to have a customer loyalty card?  We asked today but were told no, wasn't sure if they had had and with being so busy had run out or was permanently no!

Anyway, nice shop!

Denise

We've been back a couple of times now simply to buy clothes!!  We did check out food prices and still reckon Kipa is not any cheaper than Migros etc.  However the clothing range is very good. We also got some really funky crockery.

Did sonemone buy the whole clothing range, cos when I went there on Thurs only had 5 ladies t-shirts, one pair of shorts and some swimwear.  Well disappointed, expected a lot more of Ted and Florence range

All I can say is on opening day the Gold Blend Coffee was 3Tl cheaper than the cheapest price we have seen elsewhere (sachet) and the Antrikot was 28Tl instead of 31 at Tansas.  We also compared the price of the Pinar Sliced cheese (the rectangular slices are good medium/strong cheddar) and that was a little cheaper too.

Yes it has quietened down.  We were there on Friday and there were hardly any other customers.  All the cash tills were manned though!!

Someone said last week their loo rolls for a biggish pack are half the price to what you pay in Migros.
