Sorry me again but daughter is flying out agin on Friday with Pegasus, this was booked long before the problems with her return flight last time. Because of all her problems I made her contact Pegasus to check on Fridays flight and guess what, it had been cancelled and she hadn't been notified. She has made them send her a new ticket for the new flight which is 10 mins later than the original on from Gatwick. I shall advise her to phone again on friday to double check. So please keep double checking all Pegasus flights.

Lynne thats terrible not to even have been told the flight is cancelled....

I think it is looking quite bad at the moment, but then I guess as there have been so many happenings of recent we are bound to think that, but personally I would avoid them at the moment...but then who knows whats going on elsewhere...we dont....just hope all is okay..

Been looking for flights for next February during the school half term.  Pegasus have them at a good price, but not sure how much to trust them after reading this thread!!  I've never travelled with them before, but, having lost two lots of flights this year, I'm very reluctant to trust an airline with so many bad reports.  [|)]

We have just flown with them Julie and could not fault them, maybe we just lucky to have no complaints and no cancelled flights,I would defo use them again no hesitation but I believe they need to step up to the mark to gain their reputation back.

Also just my opinion but Calis in February before was awful I have never seen so much rain in all my life, not a soul around in fact if it had not been for Ahmet at the Meeting Point being open and so hospitable and gaining my Tapu it would have been an awful week, sorry not trying to put you off Julie but after December is over I would not return to Calis until at least March.

Jenny, the flights were from Stanstead.

Thanks for the info Karen.  We are out for a week at the end of October, then not due back until mid April (school hols for Easter are very late next year).  We are trying to squeeze in a few days just to check on the apartment between the two holidays.  It seems a long time to leave the place un-checked for six months.  Not too bothered about the weather - it'll be nice to escape the kids for a few nights!!   :o

Just can't find much in the way of flights between November and mid April!  Any suggestions anyone?!!  Not too bothered where we fly from (anywhere from Manchester down towards the South!)   :)

yes tis a long time to leave your house unchecked, if you dont mind the weather and you never know you may be lucky next Feb could be like a second honeymoon if you have child free time and the weather is bad!

Have complained about Pegasus but have to compliment them this time. When my daughter flew in on Saturday morning, she left her ipod on the plane. When we realised, we phoned Pegasus office at Dalaman and it had been handed in by the staff and was waiting for her. So a big thank you to Pegasus this time.
