Booking specific seats on line today for two separate flights from Dalaman and Antalya First one no problem  and fortunately I printed it off at the time as the confirmation email was about 15 lines of unreadable machine code. Sent the email back which bounced as the address I received it from "Does not exist"!
So on to book the next flight should be easy the second time.....Wrong!
When I enter the flight number it tells me it is not a valid flight number:( Despite this being exactly as printed on my ticket and exactly the same as currently being displayed on their booking website.  So off goes another email (different addy this time). Get a reply back "Insert a zero before the flight number" If I have to use
0*** and not *** why oh why do they put *** on the ticket:-\

They are rubbish I had problems booking seats together for my son his girlfriend and her 4 year old son in July. My sons travelled here many times before but this was his girlfriends 1st holiday abroad and 1st flight so was anxious, They originally said they didnt need luggage allowance for 4 year old as he doesnt need but then decided the allowance could be used for my goodies!! so booked the bundle of allowance, seat together and a meal for the child, Paid, went online to book seats 1 week before they came out, Son and friend no prob but wouldnt let me book the childs, kept asking for me to pay again, Contacted customer services They said theyed book for me, sent confirmation of seats booked. But when they turned up at Manchester with confirmation E mail were told its not on the system and they split them up anyway, refused to refund the cost of seats together cos my son didnt think to keep their boarding cards. Its in the small print that you need if disputing! I hate TC

To continue the saga.... the secret code flight number was entered and it worked. So I started to activate the process....BUT it then wanted to charge me for booking the seats which like Jules I had already paid for. :-\:( So yet another email off to TC.  Thank God I am not trying to do this over the phone it would be costing a small fortune!!!!

To be fair to TC I have had a prompt reply. Despite the fact I have a confirmed booking it seems I cannot book my seat until 2 months before I fly.  Silly me for trying to be organised:D That has been put into the diary so hopefully when the time comes??? ;)

I would just like to say well done to TC having flown with them to the UK and back.10 mins early one way,15 mins late coming back. They also found my I-pod which I foolishly left on the plane, and handed it in at Dalaman's Lost Property. Also they are the first airline I have heard who warn their passengers of the extortionate prices for food and drink at Dalaman.

Pure spin to get you to buy from them.
They should also warn passengers about their extortionate prices. £5.50 for two cups of coffee (mud) and a tiny packet of crisps ;)

Maybe it is, but you try and get 2 cups of mud and a packet of crisps at Dalaman for 12.5 lira. ;)

I don't think they have much to gain by warning people about Dalaman. Chances are they will take food with them if they can and just buy a drink if they need to.

We moan when airlines don't tell us stuff and then accuse them of profiteering when they do.

Yes, T.C. are very good at giving out information about Dalaman Airport.
When we where coming over in August the flight was due to land at around 1.00am in the morning. The passengers where told that the duty free was coming around and it was our last chance to buy as the Airport shops would be closed. Of course, the airport duty free was not closed!!
