I suppose it wouldn't be so expensive to keep her if there was a nearby field she could graze in? What would your estimate be per week?

Lulu has found a new home! a new stable is being erected as we speak and she will be moved in by the end of the month

Fantastic news that Lulu has found a new home . She is looking so much better now and looks as though she has put on weight.
There are so many kind people out there willing to help.

Thanks to Andy and Pauline she has put on weight as they have been going up more than once a day to feed her since she was found...

We would like to say thats to Sue and Mike C and Ros and Peter all from Uzumlu who have been taking time out to come and feed her too. Lulu will be moved soon and have a friend too. Ates is a 14.3hh Halflinger pony. Our friends need a companion for him. We will update u all with more info soon and pics too.

Lulu is off to her new home tomorrow

We offered the new owners a donation from our funds but it was refused, they would rather we kept it and used it at the shelter

Thank you to everyone who has paid her a visit and helped with the feeding, she is slowly making progress and this should speed up a bit now she has a new home

A story with a happy ending.Well done to all concerned. Reading it bought a lump to my throat and I hope Lulu is truly happy in her new home with a new companion.
