Please can someone tell me how much the class is, how long does it last for, and is it suitable for someone who hasn't done any kind of exercise for the last 36 years!!  Oh and is First Aid available??

How refreshing to see someone set up a group that is so well received and (on here at least) not receiving stabs in the back from people who aren't interested but have nothing better to do! Well done Mr. Boxerdogs.
