Hi all

We have been down to the Kaan and due to the bad weather last night and this morning to-days class has been cancelled.
As long as the weather is better on Saturday we will do the class then but we will  put a notice on the CBF if this also has to be cancelled due to more rain we will look at the Kaan floor at 9.30 to see if safe.

Just to let you know Steve has looked at the Kaan and due to this very bad weather we had last night it is unsafe to the class today
We are very sorry but we have to have it safe for you all.
The next class will be on friday

Hi all just to let you know that the class is on to-day all though we had bad rain last night Steve has been round to the Kaan and found it safe to do the class.
So we hope to see you diehard keep fitters getting ready for Christmas
