Am I the only one to stick up for Corrie !!!
Small minded maybe but there are a lot of lonely people; not all old folks by the following soaps. For some it is the only thing they have to look forward too; sad as that maybe.
We are not all fortunate to have active social lives or be surounded by a loving family.
I work long hours in health & social care and know how much some indiviuals would have litte else in their lives.
We all get our 'fix' in different ways.

Well I love Corrie AND Eastenders, nothing wrong in either of them, thank you very much!  :) And yes the trams have been getting louder in Corrie, and also have you noticed each character refers to, for example.. 'next week will be the best week of our lives' (peter barlow wedding) or someone refers to nothing can go wrong now, etc.. cant wait for 7.30!

Thanks Nutty  :) I thought my hearing aids were playing up!

As for Eastenders - never really got into it and when I do drop in they always seems to be shouting at each other in some strange tongue ;-)
