As I have said on here before, too many people are taking advantage of our good nature, we do fundraising to help stray dogs and cats find homes or get medical treatment.
We are not responsible for getting your dog/cat to the shelter when you no longer want it or when you are going back to the UK for good, as from today anybody requiring this service it will cost you at least 50ytl and this will go to the charity.

People who request this service from you should be prepared to pay. So charge them and this will pay for your fuel and add to the animals welfare pot. x You do a really great job x Dont let people take advantage of your good nature x

Reminds me of people (several times) emailing to say they would like to spend a couple of days viewing property in the Calis area. "We are holidaying in Marmaris, what time would you collect us from our hotel?"

Well done, if anyone also who wants to get rid of their BELOVED pet, obviously not so beloved, should pay a hefty donation to the animal sanctuary, I suppose it,s cheaper than taking them back to England with them

That is a brilliant idea Sarah like you say far cheaper then the cost and inconvience of taking the animal back to UK, maybe they should be charged kennel/cattery charges until their pet finds a new loving family.

That is a good idea for genuine caring responsible people but could encourage those who don't fit that category just to abandon:(
