Some thoughts Some facts
« on: February 18, 2011, 06:52:41 AM »

Now it is   -                  Now it isn't.
Now you see it -               Now you don't
Today's truths -               Tomorrow's lies.
Got all round vision -         You'll never see it coming.
Got all possibilities covered - Just not that one.

Turkey has some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world.
Turkey is blessed with some of the highest blue sky sunshine hours per annum.
Turkey has a huge number of historical sites and antiquities dating back further B.C. than we have travelled A.D.
Turkey has a great diversity of culture and some areas still sustain ancient ways of survival.
Turkey loves and values its folklore, music and folk dances and these influences can be found well beyond its shores.

Datca is famous for its almonds and the locals make marvelous molasses from the carob fruit - Harnup pekmez - scientifically proven to contain many trace minerals.

I used Carob Pekmez in the place of malt, in fruit malt loaves.  Its not bad, though not as good as real malt.
