O2 do one MT, I got an email about it a couple of days ago. I don't know how it compares but it does seem pretty decent and I like O2  :)

I don't know if you need to be an O2 customer though.

Take a look at this site that compares most of them. http://www.money.co.uk/prepaid-cards.htm

They've all got slightly different T&Cs, so it's worth spending a bit of time reading them to see which one's best for you.

The Post Office have stop doing theirs now because the Irish Bank that backed it pulled out.

we have a fair fx one, been great, exchange rate is good and flat fee cash point fee rather than a percentage.

I had a couple of queries and each time I called I got through to a real person and the customer service was excellent.
They respond to emails quickly too.
Martin Lewis's site is very good for info about them

www.moneysavingexpert.com

Martin Lewis is one of the few things I miss about the UK!
