Our Onur Air flight from Dalaman to Leeds Bradford has been cancelled in August as well - apparently they are not operating out of Leeds Bradford this season. That's what we get for trying Aegean Flights.

We use to always use Aegean but we had problems 2 years go: time changes .We arrived at the airport to find we were put on another airline with a couple of hrs delay and we were not informed.
This happened twice in one year so we no longer use them.Prices are expensive too compared to other airlines.  [:(!]

I must admit this is the first time I have ever had a flight cancelled with them, they have offered me an alternative for £20 more which is not too bad as the prices for May half term have gone up since my booking, actually I have just realised this booking was not made by Aegean it was A1 travel!I have never found Aegean to be expensive if you get in there as soon as they realese the flights there are some bargains to be had, I have been waiting for them to show some Xmas flights but alas nothing as of yet, Thomas Cook is just too expensive last year I only paid £300 ish for two of us with Aegean.

Spot on Karen. For the last 4 years I have booked all my Aegean flights, 3 per year, 12-17 months in advance. Doing this I get one of them free when comparing what I can get with alternative airlines. The interest that I lose in my home accounts by shelling out early is negligible at today's rates. I have had to accept some changes but nothing yet that has been TOO inconvenient. In support of some Aegean "knockers" I admit that fortunately I am able to be very flexible  8)
