I am trying to find someone to help again.Unfortunately for me,the best spinal surgeons are not located anywhere in Scotland.Looks like I'll need to change my postcode ;)Unfortunately,I have had to cancel my summer holiday abroad, and will lose £100 (my travel insurance excess).
Oh well,at least I don't have two discs out.Anyway, got to hobble to the loo.The alarm warning me to get there in time has just gone off.Gonna get a downstairs toilet methinks :-\

Have you tried a Chiropractor? My Good lady has chronic back problems but she swears by Chiropracty :)

Yes.He saw my previous MRI and refused to touch my back.He could have taken me for a ride but didn't.Good person to deal with if you stay near Glasgow.Dr Dan de Luca.
