hello everyone - my wife Tracey and myself Nigel have recently found this forum and find it extremely interesting and informative. Following a holiday at the beginning of last year in Olu Deniz we returned in october to find a place for ourselves and 2 children(age 7 and 10).We looked at many different places before settling on one in Calis. This should be completed at end of May, and are looking forward to coming out, although the prospect of arranging the furniture etc does seem daunting. However after reading other members comments,we feel much more at ease.Thank you.

Hi Nigel and Tracey.  Welcome to the forum and good luck with your place in Calis.  We are going over early April to furnish our apartment and like you reading up on members comments does give you confidence.  I will post you when we get back to let you know how we get on.

Best wishes

Linda and Colin :)

Hi teite1
Congrats on getting your place in Calis, probably like most of us you will go from being nervous to excited and I'm sure you'll enjoy many great holidays there. 8)

Hi teide 1
so long as you have an EFES before, during and after the shopping you won't find it a problem

Hi thanks for the replies - Its hard to explain where our place will be, except that it is in Calis and the road number (?) is ADA 2588. I have looked at the various maps on this site but cannot see ADA 2588 anywhere.
The wednesday night at the waterpark sounds ideal for the kids and definitely worth trying.
Thanks for the advice on the furniture.

Ada is island...........as in plot.
You won't have a street (sokak) number or road (yol) name on your deeds.Only the area...ie: Gunlukbasi.
