Do you recline your seat or not ?

No, unless the seat behind me is empty. But have been known to give the seat in front a very sharp whack if the person in front does so without asking first.  ;)  Very inconsiderate.

Most flights I go on have flat beds or bucket seats so whats the point of not reclining when you have one of those.

I loath the young attractive blonde that uses her oversized handbag to reserve a seat in order that she can travel with easy jet without other members of the public sitting next to her. On asking her if the seat is actually taken- or paid for in anyway(and she looks at you shocked as you are the only person that has dared to ask the question)she says - she is waiting for her "friend" so you and hubby find somewhere else to sit (apart). Within minutes the doors are closed for take off - so powered by the bare faced cheeck of the woman you get up again and inform her that her "friend" seems to have missed the flight so you would like her to move her bag so that you and hubby can sit together - begrudgingly she does and you can see the people sitting nearby all nodding approvingly. To be honest if the bloke in front had reclined his chair all the way down to horizontal I would still have sat there. Any way - as the saying goes "god pays his debt without money" - she fell asleep and her booby fell out of her dress :D

PMSL @GB. Easyjet dont assign seats, its a free for all after the folks who have paid (stupidly) for, Priority boarding. Just doesn't work from Glasgow. Priority boarders are called first, then folks with A, B C tickets etc. You are then all herded downstairs and everyone makes a run f0r it across the tarmac. Ya get what ya pay for!!

I love it when all those who have paid for "easy boarding" get called through first, then when we peasants get through we get on the same bus as they are on, so under the rules of last in first off, we get off the bus and onto the plane before them :D

If it was not for the other passengers, I would enjoy my journey so much more.

If the seat has a reclining function then the occupant has every right to use it as that is what they have paid for, why does the person behind feel they should decide how the person in front should sit, i am a six footer and allways use the reclining posistion to give me what little comfort is available, all the person behind has to do is the same then the space between seats would be exactly the same as it would be both in upright posistion, allthough i allways return to upright to eat or drink from the tray. and if anyone behind me thumped the seat or pushed it i assure you i would be waiting to see them outside our arrival destination to return the compliment. ;)
