20 days to go and already on countdown! Sitting here near Windsor waiting for MORE rain, can't believe this is summer. If 25% off wine - forget the milk!

Persisting it down in Salford as usual!

However, there is a big red circle round 7th Septemeber
on the Calendar! Basic stuff already packed, shopping list for
Market made out, Boat Trip booked!

There is another one round 4th July, I always lay my table out on the front lawn with the Union Flag and surrender documents ready, listening intently for the sound of Helicopter blades bringing the Presidential entourage to sign. Those rebels will never make a go of it!

 :)

Todays update: My cab is sold, new owner takes over at the end of next week! My flat now officially on the market for sale, may have found a nice apt in Calis, things are going in the right direction for sure! Oh it's been a lovely dry & sunny day here in Brighton, almost like Calis weather lol.

Well, I'm sitting at Gatwick North terminal waiting for a plane. Unfortunately it's a business trip rather than to Turkey but it ain't all bad, it's to Barcelona, definitely one of my top 5 European destinations

In my office in Birmingham and fearing the worst as my customers have either down traded drastically or moved to cheaper foreign suppliers due the rising costs of fuel. I work within the freight forwarding industry and it's tough at the minute. So I can't wait until next Friday for 2 weeks in my personal paradise Fethiye  :)
