My daughter had a cat like this. Got it from the Cat's Protection about 10 years ago.  They are a very affectionate breed and love people. It's natural for them to have a permanent frown. My daughter had to brush the cat every day as their coats get tangled, also had to take her to the Vets about every 9 months or so to have her sedated and all the knots cut out of the fur on her stomach, for some  reason she hated her stomach being touched.   If we lived out there permanently I would love this cat because I know what good pets they make.

I can second that about them being loving pets ,I had one up to six months ago it was what they call a doll face persian so had a prettier face than the one in question.Never before have a known a more placid cat & have owned cats all my life.Wish i lived there as i would not hesitate to take it in.

I would have it if we were there, 3 of us now so there must be someone out in Calis who would love it.

When were living there our Turkish neighbours had one of these cats, it never wandered far, but would come into our house with their other pet (a white poodle) look for tidbits, want a fuss made then return home, so I didn't need my own pet when there. :D

Go on Shaun, it would be a mate for Titan....

I can second that these cats are very placid and laid back as Stu's mom has got Sophie...so so laid back and soooo gorgeous, she comes to us on her hols when Stu's mom is away and Timothy spits at her for a day or so, she takes no notice whatsoever and just does her own thing in the end he just gives up....xx
