Insurance for my Toyota Corolla 1.6L, with two named drivers, and 4000 miles per annum usage, is £413. So I agree with those who have said that your quote is at the going rate for this year. (I would have 47 years no claims - if they counted back that far!).

Heard on the news a couple of days ago - young girl, just passed her driving test, lives in Bradford - her quote for an old banger was £56000 p.a :o.  Apparently Bradford has the highest claims for personal injury, driving without insurance etc.  A traffic police officer, 22 years experience, was quoted £21000
