the tolilet duck again, (apologies to Father Jack!) but has anyone eaten Bison Steak?
It is absolutely fantastic, used to get it in Dubai baked in Salt at the Rodeo Grill in the 90's. More like a USA Prime Rib but but quite rare in the middle.
Now, if somehere put that on the Menu with some decent Red I would pay 75 Lire a head for that!
