H -  its a dificult thing to give anybody a starting point to find their way around any place, the use of things like bridges can be very confusing - unless there was only one within a couple of miles and items such as the boat taxi works OK in the summer - but its an empty waterway out of season, many people still refer to the Dolphin roundabout when giving directions - now try explaining that to a newcomer, so the Viewpoint is a very sensible reference point, its there all year round, its name is pretty well displayed and it is located where many of the visitors especially those not actually staying in Calis have their first sight of the sea. So well done on the guide, it will be very helpfull to loads of people.

Highlander I did write a reply but mysteriously it was not has vanished.
As I have said I appreciate all the time and work you have put into these maps and I am sure lots will find them helpful. Its a shame that we are censored on this forum as to what we can say or not say. Very childish.Keep up the good work.
I am hiring a car when I come out in Sept. Any chance of a road map Highlander. A 30 mile radius of Calis will do.  :) Thank you. :)

Please provide evidence of that or retract it.

I see you have conveniently gone offline now doubletwo. You are entitled to your view on John's comprehensive and FREE guide to Calis, even though I'd have probably said nothing - that's up to you. You are not censored for your opinion of it.

Your next post here will either be as requested - 1. Evidence to back up your claim "that we are censored on this forum as to what we can say or not say", or 2. A retraction of your accusation and an apology. Any other "next post" will be your last. Big claims, no facts - I think we've had your sort before.

I would like to apologise as to saying this forum is censored by Scunner. Its true I do not have any evidence that what I said is true.
He has as he said had many many many many of my sort before all making the same claims. And obviously all wrong. There is not a lot more to say is there.

Many, many people making claims and accusations based on nothing, other than a desire to come here and criticise the work of those of us who give our time to trying to help people, often complete strangers that we will never meet. You can't back up your claim and even so try to imply you are one of many who make the same claim. You are indeed one of quite a few people who come here to be negative wherever the opportunity allows, and to put down, and to mock the efforts of others who have things to offer that you don't - and because of that, you add nothing to the community at all. So best you don't suffer this censored place full of information that is useless to everyone. We were not good enough for you and that will keep me awake for minutes. Bye.

Isn't it amazing though, when people's opinions aren't agreed with, they claim they are being censored - even though every word they have ever written is still in full public view?
