We did ours back in May. The house and tapu are in my husband's name only. It didn't make any difference or cause any problems - 3 weeks later we had our little blue books!

Right so the person who informed me that this had to be done is talking a load of rubbish, and they do this visa stuff for a living.

Philrose and Carolyn 1957 did you have to show your marriage licence.

Wonder if it makes any difference because the Tapu is in my name only.

No marriage licence required, translated or otherwisw, just a photocopy of the Tapu for each application.
