Dear everyone,

I just received some pictures from my agent (OAD in the Netherlands). The pictures are very promising, looks great still some
things to do but untill 3th of July is will be ok. The agent also added that the kitchen, reception and rooms have only to be furnished and
that is all looks very nice.

Nice holiday to everyone

These photos show a massive improvement since I left Sunset on Monday , they were working very hard on the complex all last week but still have a lot to do .

We went down yesterday for a look, have to say it looked nothing like this Agents pictures, still a black swamp full of rubbish and unfinished buildings, lots of workman working around the place and loads of noise.  We noticed around the back they are clearing the land with big diggers, we were wondering is this going to be more building work?  If it is, there is going to be a lot more noise for a lot of time.  We felt sorry for the Sunset next door, no one is going to get a lot of peace and quiet there.
