Went past yesterday but was being driven so didn't get the chance to stop. To be honest, given that I went past in a car and didn't stop and inspect, I'd have to say that the last photos in this topic (01/05/2012) are pretty much no different to how things look now - confirming perhaps that what I said about the middle third being the one that shows the least visible progress.
I would be astounded to see it complete and ready for 1st July, I've seen many surprising things in Turkey but this can't be one of them. My best bet would be that they'll throw bodies at it and get one block of accommodation and the main building/reception and pool completed and try and do the rest as and when. Sadly, that will mean disturbing guests as there will not be noise of concrete delivery and pouring and the like, but there will be marble cutting and similar noisy jobs that have to be done.
If I was going I'd leave it for a bit, definitely for June and maybe the best part of July.
