Sorry to hear about the problems you had at the Remer, you got a lot of praise on tripadvisor.
Could you give me a bit of info about the family rooms are they on the top floor with big balcony, is there a bath or shower & what's the aircon like is it just in 1 room or both we cant seem to find any info on these rooms but we want to get booked soon as poss. Thanks for your help John & Dawn
