It is fairly quiet, depending when you go there is a large German clientele but quite a lot of Brits. I actually found the germans very nice, and most spoke english, and, they are well behaved!
We actually have made friends with some and have kept in touch.

I always go in September, and ther emphasis changes as the month goes on to more Brits. They dont get a lot of children there in September though so they may be only ones!

Thanks H it looks slightly to far from beach for what I had in mind.
John 49 we dont mind mixing with the germans or others for that matter, yes the time of year may be quiet for the kids but we and they are happy go lucky types who mix with most.

I can tell Im gonna have a hard time choosing our hotel :)

Another one worth consideration - Golden Moon Hotel, great location for the prom, not too big and can't be more than 10 minutes (flat) walk to the water park.

Hello Jacqtay,I realise you are inundated with good suggestions, but one very good one is missing.Try researching the Hotel Sekatur. It is right on the beach.family owned,in its own gardens.A large pool, with pool bar.The mini bus (Dolmus) from Fethiye stops outside. The owner and staff are excellent, and room costs economical. All rooms renovated this winter.Although listed in various travel company sites for direct bookings call 00902526220890. Fax 00902526221145,or www.seketurhotel.com  The call to the main number may be redirected to Melis, who speaks excellent English.Good luck
