This Morning's Spoils

As many of you will know I'm a bit of a Mountain Man. I was out across the moors with the dog early this morning on World's End near Llangollen and managed to bag this little critter for Mrs KKOB's Easter pot.

I'll let you know if I get the rest of his family tomorrow.

Lost me , Nan ty Garth Pass ? excuse the spelling , The scenic way to Rhyl from Sandbach when I was a kid , 40 odd years ago ? used to stop and feed the sheep ,lovely area.

No. Take the Ruabon to Llangollen road. Turn right at Trevor by the Aussie Rooster and just keep heading uphill 'til you reach the tearooms and World's End.

No lost me , used to go brake bedding for ERF  around there years ago, good days .Not good truck roads some of those .

We used to have a lot of ERFs when I worked for Reed International and TNT. They were popular trucks in those days.

Yes, Reed International are also gone and it looks as though TNT are now about to be gobbled-up by UPS.
