Hi Keith - I've "hotmailed" you and messaged you via the CBF website.  I know you are a busy man and I am probably moving up the pending list to receive a reply but just wanted to check you had received my message.  I have checked that my profile details are correct and they are.  Have also checked my messages folder on CBF but nothing so far.  Hope you are ok and look forward to hearing from you soon    :)

Yes I am ok thanks - after the weekend away I came back to 272 emails (after all the junk had been removed) and am slowly getting there  :)
