Back in May It must have been the same two lads walking the dogs past our apartment in Gunlukbasi
We commented about it that they seemed to have very little  control over the dogs.

Yes right if its the two who live down the  road from  me they are in catalarik by the new wedding centre /playground
sometimes  there are two young girls all the same family i think gippos ,i have seen them in gunlukbasi before but they do get about ,not been about for a couple days one of them fell on to some concrete and got a metal rod through his thigh shame ,i was watching when the fire brigade cut him free you should have heard the noises he was making wimp .oh yes i have seen the dog go after other dogs as well.
