We used them for our dog and 2 cats when we moved out here nearly 8 years ago.  They were excellent.  I imagine the service they provide from Turkey to the UK is up to the same standard.

You need to speak to Mustafa Karagoz at Megri Vets in Tasyaka. He is their local agent and has worked with them many times to get animals back to the UK. He speaks perfect English and is a lovely man. His number is 0535 629 20 80.

Steve is not employed by Ladyhaye, he is independent.
I'm pretty sure he set off for the uk in the last few days transporting some pets, which may be why he's not contactable.

I still thınk this is not the way to operate a business. its unprofessional. He should have a UK mobile number where he ıs contactable when out of Turkey. My frıend is workıng though Kent Vet who also uses hım for hıs UK customers he can't help either. Oh well I expect he wıll surface agaın soon.
