The reason you can all see that message today is people going to his page and "likeing" Alan's last post ... Alan posted that on the 27th July but so many of the people from Calis and UK are going to his page to send messages of kindness to him and his family that his own posts will show as active!

We don,t know Alan very well but our thoughts and prayers for a recovery are with him and his family. Get well soon mate.

I've just heard from Musty.  He is at the hospital with Alan.
Alan is in intensive care but the doctors aren't hopeful of a recovery:(

Latest from Guy is that Alan has had an ischeamic stroke and that the hospital are trying manitol to bring the swelling down

Guy said that he could see in his eyes that he recognises him and can see he is hurting but there is nothing he (Guy) can do

They have to wait 15 days to see how he responds

The rest of Guy's message was heartbreaking.
