I'm nearly as bad as Lance on here but could it possibly have something to do with the 60 min log on time??  I found when I was having trouble if I didn't remove the 60 mins from the box I had trouble logging back in.  Just a thought!   :)

Can people try again - we have changed the process slightly

Don't forget to delete your temporary internet files & history (and passwords if possible) first

Umm, no!

Bit easier now though.  Click on link top right to take you to page where you put in user name and password, click 'log in' takes you back to same page with details still there but 'incorrect password' in red!  Click 'log in' again and get through!

Please say it's not just me!   ???
