Logging in to CBF - Please Help

sorry to be a nuisance ... logged in no problem earlier this evening and voted  accordingly ..... just tried to log in again and it was invalid password first then okay at second attempt.

I've had this log-in problem for about a week, try to log-in in top right corner and says invalid password, new log-in page apears in the centre of the page and accepts user name and password no problem. Hope this helps you to get them to sort it out.

Thanks Buddy and everyone - the purpose of this particular exercise is to try and work out what percentage of people have the problem. We are working on it, I'm sick of it

Keith, sometimes it remembers my password, other times it doesn't. Sometimes it rejects my password. There is no set pattern!!

Yep, that's what is coming across and that is what makes it so difficult to pin down. If it was all members who use firefox, or on sky broadband or in Turkey it would give us a start, but so far nothing. I have not had a single instance of this personally

No problem for me today. Went to login and it brought the option down to the middle of my screen.

Logging on as member works at second entry,now able to log off as well so you must be winning!

i had the same problem this week, dont know how but i'm in again ,and staying logged in
