Logging in to CBF - Please Help

Just logged in and for the first time experienced a problem.  Needed to enter password twice plus avatar disappeared.

I am th same as H/bubbles it has been occuring for a few days now but  I thought becos I have a c****y keyboard it was me typing wrong

1st time password incorrect tried again same password and in, cannot stay logged in need to re enter user name & password
