Jacquie Whear Something to do with what proportion if shrimp to algae from what I remember, the brighter pink/orange they are the healthier. I had NO idea they visited Corfu, although I feel like a bit of an intruder on this site as I don't live in Corfu (sadly!) Nelly Grenon We have a piece of furniture with glasses in it, it was like a concert, they were all knocking together, and we felt it under our feet too. But I think it was a small one. I rarely feel them if they are less than 5. I guess it depends on the type of soil where you live

Aleko Damaskinos, I rarely feel anything below 5, and it does take close to a 6 to wake me up but I've lived through so many quakes in my life, they've become the routine. I only experienced 2 very big ones, but did not panic. I actually find earthquakes exhilarating, call me nuts

Nelly Grenon Actually, when there is an earthquake, rushing outside is the last thing you want to do. That's when you risk being hurt by falling debris. The best is to find cover, as close as possible from where you are, either under a heavy table, or best in a door frame, and away from glass windows.
