We dont rent out our apartment but would unreservedly recommend Olga at Interturk. She looks after our apartment and the service we receive is excellent plus she is a really nice, friendly person and nothing is too much trouble. Our complex is maintained by Engin from Fethiye Property Services and again can wholeheartedly recommend him and his team.

We have used Orange for the last 6 years.  Highly recommend.

We use them for our property management and also our airport transfers.

Always been reliable.

their website is www.orangerentacar.com

We don't have ours done by an Agency any more so can't recommend one but what I can say is do yourself a favour and don't go simply on price. We did that in the early days and it was not a good experience. Bedding replaced damp so smelt damp leading to having to be replaced. Garden was only ever done the day before we or renter went in. Perishables left in fridge. Cleaning clearly done in a hurry if at all. Towels went missing and not reported. Maintenance requirements not carried out. I could go on and on. No point me naming and shaming since one I can't remember and two they aren't there any more. Go on recommendations on here and be clear what you might expect for that price.
