Hi Neil and Louise and welcome to the CBF which has a wealth of information to assist you with regards not only to your property purchase but any number of ancillary issues. Where are you flying from? We are going out to Ovacik/Hisoranu from Manchester tomorrow morning at 9am. We purchased a place there last year and can appreciate your thoughts at the moment. Rest assured everything will be OK but please do feel free contact if we can be of any further assistance. Good luck TT.  8)

Thanks for all your welcomes!  I have been looking for directions or address details to the Erun Spot shop but cannot find them, can anyone point me in the right direction? Also I am purchasing fixtures and fittings such as lighting etc but I don't really want to be doing any DIY (!), can the shops arrange for someone to fit them for you?

Yes usually they can do anything. Dont worry it'll be great and of course you're welcome on here, even though you're up the hill! There are plenty of members who are over it and they're not excluded!( joke before I get bombarded). Oh and welcome by the way.

Cheers Puma, i have just found the website with a map so should find it ok. Do you have to pay extra for them to fit the lights, curtain poles etc or is that included in the price when you buy?

Biddy,
Every shop's prices should include "MONTAGE",(just say it as in French,) but as Puma says, MAKE SURE FIRST!!We bought all of our light fittings from Fethiye Avize, in Patlangic (Fethiye), very special shop, very special prices, but all electrical shops charge for fitting,Not expensive, but arrange it youself, as one of our friends did it through their ESTATE Agent, and paid 4 times as much as we did!Just br careful, and enjoy the shopping experience. We are permanent residents and will give you all help possible. Welcome to Paradise..Gordon &Loz.
