Hi Amanda, I started a thread on this subject on 18th March titled Monarch changes and as you will see you are not on your own.

Stoop, that's a good idea about taking photos of what you leave behind in your apartment.    :)

I have stacks of clothes over there that I probably wouldn't wear at home (strappy t'shirts, shorts etc); trouble is, I've put on weight and none of it fitted me last year; guess this year will be much the same, unless I get back on my diet BIG TIME!!

I always bring home a list of things that we need to take on our next visit and this time, there wasn't much of a list at all!  I usually take a lot of toiletries as I'm fussy with hair products, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc) are so much cheaper in the UK.

I'm just hoping this "hand luggage only" thing works out for us.  It'll keep hubby quiet anyway, as I promise him "we're almost at the hand luggage only stage" every time we visit and lug over huge amounts of things for the apartment!    :)    :)    :)

There used to be no online check in facility for Easyjet at Dalaman - you couldn't print off your boarding passes and you did have to queue up and check in and be given a boarding pass - even if you had no suitcases to check in.

Maybe that has changed now?

APIS.....all because of 9/11. I know it's a pain but at least we're all so much safer.    :)

I tried to print out Micks boarding pass from Dalaman to Gatwick but message came up no online checkin at Dalaman, so he's just going with his passport and booking confirmation.

when we came back from dalaman in october there was no online checkin so no printing off of boarding passes. had to queue to check in and passport was all that was needed to do so. The reason you have to give advanced passenger info. no info no check in.
