Been watching this with interest and disgust. OK the clean will not cost that much BUT it's the principal! How can a builder hand a house over in a state that requires the buyers to have to clean it before they move in?

Sounds to me like they have a cash flow problem. Won't pay for the clean, won't pay for the Air Con - yet (and once they are gone how easy will it be to get them back?) and want you to pay for their brick logo!

I've also been reading here and I'm curious to find out what will happen.

However, we have bought several new properties from "turkish" builders and not one had been cleaned. It's not the standard in Turkey.
I assume that the builders who build and sell a lot to foreigners have adjusted their standards to the expectations.

We have been told that house will be cleaned once
 All work has been finished on Wednesday or Thursday .
  We will wait and see what happens.
