Love this place for a chilled out lunch, great home made lemonade, wonderful food fab iced coffee. It's so peaceful in there, they don't speak much English and usually have Turkish customers when we are in.  It's our current favourite place for lunch.

Have to agree with you there Jacqui.  We went there for lunch when we were over in May.  Beautiful hot day, sat up on the terrace.  Just a large salad each (I also had the lovely homemade lemonade - 2 glasses in fact!  :o  ;) ). Prices very reasonable.

Just need to keep fit to get up those stairs!!

It had to move because of earthquake damage. Read about the move on T.F.L.  It's next to the Car Cemetery in Paspatur.  So we went over last week.  What a let down.  Scruffy upstairs bar.  No customers there. Ordered beer and home made lemonade got a glass of sprite.  No food anymore. Guy said they might have food later in the year. Also said they would not be moving back to old site...bitterly disappointed, this was such a great place for lunch once, will not return.

Didn't he realise that there was earthquake damage when he moved in?  There hasn't been a significant quake since the last really big one last year...

So disappointed! Started reading the thread, thought "must go there", noted all the directions, looked up the link, noted phone numbner, times of live entertainment etc, got to end of thread - oh dear, what a shame!

I went there twice last month hoping to eat there, found it closed both times (I understand why now) but no explanation as to why or where they had gone, I was so looking forward to eating here after the hype about it last year.

They had been in the building way before the Earthquake. A shame they have had to move, we went there a few times just for a drink and to listen to a band.
