If you are renting without furniture I would assume your tenant would have to insure his belongings.
We don't have tenants and we insure house and contents with a British Company called Intasure
http://www.intasure.com/index.asp?introducer=202926One problem insuring with Turkish Companies is, with contents you have to keep all receipts or they will not pay out, also, they never seem to give you the value of the goods. My neighbour was robbed and said he only got a fraction of the costs of his goods. This is why we went with a British Company, although it is more expensive than going with a Turkish Company.
Remember you also need Earthquake Insurance .
It's difficult to give you costings as we all have different insurance needs, best to get some quotes
