Pretty much everything is open until the end of October, though there may be odd days when water sports are unavailable due to bad weather, as we can get an odd storm, particularly in the 2nd half of the month

We are wanting to go between 21-27th Oct, so you every thing should still be open weather permitting?  :)

Yes, most of the seasonal restaurants & bars pack up at the end of the month, some having closing down parties on 30th / 31st

October is a great month to visit - generally warm and sunny (few rainy days but they have their own charm too  :) ) and most bars and restaurants stay open. Those that close are normally the ones that aren't getting enough customers in, so you probably wouldn't have gone to them anyway  :)

October is the best time in my opinion weather pleasant not too busy & restaurants don't give you  hassle to come in have been for the last 5 years half term time and really only once was the weather wet for 3to 4 days and sure it doesn't matter anyway your away from work and relaxing

We love it Fethiye/Calis in October even November, just as we do in late April/ May, as Keith says all the good restaurants are open and the weather suits us fine. We've had the odd spectacular thunder storms, plus still lovely hot days and a more serene, less bustling time. In my opinion the best time to go.

Just wanted to add to this topic, we went to Calis at the beginning of last October and the weather was lovely apart from a couple of storms, but I am glad we didn't go any later for several reasons, it gets dark very early in the evenings, not a lot of spectacular sunsets!! and the water taxi into Fethiye stops running in October, and we love this trip across the water.  Also there were a limited amount of boat trips available, and if you are looking for night life then you are in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I have been going in October for the last 10 years. Yes it has its advantages and disadvantages. I have gone at different times in October, and fingers crossed we have always been lucky with the weather. It is not so hot, so walking around is bearable., especially in Feythie. The restaurants are quieter but we have always had good service. We actually have a better laugh because the staff are not so busy as in July and August so we all have a good laugh.
