I was just wondering how people found the old place when they were over recently.

Busy or quiet ?

I thought it was pretty busy in particular at night up around the restaurants in the casa di mamma area

I thought it was very quiet indeed. Some bars and restaurants didn't even have one customer and you could look right along the prom and see next to nobody.

Mind you, that was in April

we went in may/june and july reasonable crowd but not busy

My daughter came back last week and said since the school holidays has started it was very busy everywhere!

End of june begining of july went very busy, it was just before ramadam started.

I was speaking to one of the tour reps, from one of the German operators, she said that they were finding that every 2nd week was busy, the other quiet.

This last week certainly seems to have been very quiet.

Hiisaronu and Olu Deniz seem to be very busy, a lot busier than the previous few years in my opinion.
Another blessing is that a couple of the noisier bars in Hisaronu were fined for being too noisy recently and I think it has been noticeably quieter noise wise over the last few days. How long it will last is anyone's guess.
