Imo if Calis waits long enough the restaurant owners will catch up /catch on, as have Olu Deniz, Hisaronu, and Ovacik, over the last 18 months or so. There is a profusion of Turkish restaurants, great real meat kabap establishments, gozleme, small family run places. Most likely because of the big surge in Authentic Turkish holidaymakers.
