hi,can anyone tell me the cheapest way to get sterling from uk,to here,with out it costing me a arm and a leg,lol,i dont mean thousands,well 1 or 2.thanks,just thought while exchange rates so high,

I recently used a company called UK Forex gave me a really good rate and were really helpful, last week they gave me a rate of 3.14

I have invested a lot of my money in Efes, without much return :(, but I shall keep on trying.  ;)

Which bank in the Uk. I am with Nationwide, we can draw £600 per day on our cards between us, in sterling free of charge. Take it to the bank pay it into the sterling account and change it on line for the best rate.
