Zumba is now at Sevi Classic in Calis on Mondays at 4pm.
No excuses now, the weather is cool enough now to be jumping about, and we have air con for when it gets too much.
You could even go for a swim beforehand and a 5tl beer or spirit afterwards to reward yourself for all the calories you've just burnt off.
