The new Marka mall in Antalya has a lovely big C& A there, was very exciting!

I used to love C&A too, their Yessica range had some lovely things. I wish I still had some of those clothes now! There was a lot I didn't like as in any shop, but somehow I always managed to find something special. We bought great skiing stuff there at reasonable prices. I also like getting lost in IKEA, I can never find my way out! Lol   ;)

Come on Jim, we know you were only goading the "We must have an M&S in Fethiye" brigade.  ;)

Unfortunately, the M&S in Izmir & Antalya sell neither food nor home furnishings, but it is good to be able to buy clothing that you know will fit, especially for a short a**e like me! With Turkish sizing, I am anything from medium to XXXL.

I love Turkish shops. I think it's wonderful when you go into a shoe shop and ask if they have a particular style in a size 12 in brown and they offer a size 8 in black as an ideal alternative.

That is just so true,  my friend wanted a pair of sandals in white in a size 4, she was offered a size 6 in red, with the suggestion she put tissues in the toes!!

Stores like Next, Wallis, M.&.S. and C.&.A. offer tall and short sizes which is really good for me who is 5'3" and my daughter who is 6ft.    So, I am sure the ex-pat ladies in the Fethiye area would love the choice of sizing.

We have visited the M&S stores in Izmir & Antalya, both of which are great if, as my wife puts it and in her opinion, you are looking for frumpy or 1990's clothes!  8)
