Another map puts it near the Seketur Hotel not far from the Remer.  I read on T.A. from someone who stayed there that one map gives the wrong location.

I'm sure Mark's map is more like the location. Best to walk into Calis and get the essentials at any of the mini markets. Turkish entrepreneurial skill means a very small shop can stock a very large range. Once settled you can visit one of the larger supermarkets but in truth they tend to sell not a lot more in my opinion - just more shelves of it  :)

Most of the private apartments offer the chance of a starter pack of basics like milk, water etc.  Its a good idea to take a pack of tea bags, coffee, some sachets of favourite sauces, salt and pepper etc. and some of the small boxes of cereal, not all supermarkets sell small bottles or packs of essentials, we bought a jar of jam last year and used it once, very wasteful, as no one was in the apartment for a few days.  Having said that there are always neighbours to pass on any left overs.  Another thing we take is a small bottle of washing up liquid, and a couple of sachets of washing machine detergent, just small things, but very useful when you first arrive, especially as we always arrive at night.

On my old Fethiye street map it looks to be the street that runs to the back of the big Sunset complex. If that's the case there are a few small shops just past Guvens turn off and a quite good little supermarket type shop called Nokta on the main road near the Sevi Hotel.
