You can trust us, we'll make sure we don't do things that other parties might, like let our minds go wild with ideas that just won't happen. Some parties (allegedly) project outrageous and unfundable visions of the area. This is just rubbish, the imaginations of people who know they will never be in the position to have to deliver their plans, but think their images will capture local votes.
