Stoop, I selected Borç Ödeme then the Abone optıon, then scrolled down to find Ciftlik and then used the Abone 4 dıgit number before the slash from my last bill, and it was my account!

When I went to pay my water in October my meter had been registered to someone else it took about three trips and paying 120tl to get it sorted I even had to go in to the office with pictures of my meter

Found it thanks. I thought it was 36 ytl which seems fair but when I went to complete it quoted £36 not YTL. However on completion it has taken just short of £10 from my account - which is £36 ytl

Stoop, the new Lira symbol looks similar to the pound sign, you may have mistaken it.

Finansbank today have taken details from my water bill and are now able to start paying it for me again with a direct debit.

Just got my new water bill and the rate has gone up to 2tl if you are on Meskan rate.

Yes the bill is up to 2tl for us too.  But it looks like a list of banks that can now take D/Ds printed on the bill.
As I posted earlier Finansbank confirmed they can pay mine again.

Any one know if Yapi credi bank allows you to pay water by DD please
