Photos and post from guest are being posted, rooms look brilliant and the remarks so far are all positive.  food, room service etc, I really hope that this sets the standard that Fethiye has been striving toward.
I personally still prefer the old Calis.

I will probably get banned from the site for posting these from the first guest to the resort.  Would I consider staying here in the future?  maybe elsewhere in the world.

This is a worry, 50euro a day to hire!!!! not sure if the guest was having a laugh

So, they have shops in there too.  That will save the customers ever stepping out of the place.  :-X

Just right for the people who like to tell you they've been to Turkey for two weeks and it was wonderful - without having ever stepped out of their all inclusive bubble!  : :)

This place reminds me of the films Logans Run and The Island (2005)!

Must say, it looks pretty good to me! How come the sand appears to be golden, and minus pebbles? How far is it to walk, say, from the Surf Cafe and with the sea in front of you, is it to the right, between the Surf Cafe and Koca Calis Beach Club, if so, what was taken away to allow for it - or am I way off mark?

I wonder - is this the start of a line of hotels to oust the beach clubs? Hope not! Also wonder if the decision to finally finish the roads around here (yippee!) has something to do with the building of this hotel. . .

If you look closely there are still pebbles near the shore. The sand looks better because they have added to it I think.
