Max has just planted 4 or 5 large palm trees at his place Jacqui. I think it can be done but they will need plenty of water.

Letoon has new Palm trees.... bedding in Will take 6/8 weeks and they are propped up with planks till roots have got a good grip.

Had a little guided tour this afternoon inside and outside . Inside is very classy indeed and both outside pools are lovely with loads of room. Yes the hotel perimeter areas are very much work in progress. Everyone I met was very hospitable but a lot of rope learning taking place. This hotel needs a little time to settle which is probably difficult for the guests who are there now to accept. As we know this is an All Inclusive set up but from 1000 - 1800 there is a charge of 50  Euros to use some of their facilities but not all but I got the feeling that this  was not high on the agenda for the time being but circumstances may change.

Well those who have booked the first week are mad IMO. Ok cost might be a factor and maybe wanting to be first for some.

Not something I would remotely contemplate. Same with Jiva the other year. It didn't open at all!

Just hope they don't get the palm tree virus that has killed so many in Europe.

Heard last night that it is VERY quiet. I guess many just didn't want to risk the first week.

Shock horror - I also read some moans on the FB site! They were not removed either!

Seems the 5* gym is not ready until today which has upset a few. Also someone paid 40euros for a pretty crappy meal. Oh - and someone left their towels on the sunbeds all day!

Such a tough life for some eh?
